I’ll be honest, I don’t have a ton of trust in online returns anymore because I’ve had a few places make the process way harder than it needed to be. But I emailed pulvisurns.com expecting the usual runaround, and they actually replied the same day with clear instructions.
The return label was simple to print, and they let me know when the package made it back to them. There weren’t any strange extra questions or back-and-forth emails, which was a relief since that’s usually where my patience starts disappearing.

The refund hit my card a few days later. I was relieved, honestly. I’m still a little cautious with ordering items like this online, but this return went smoothly enough that I’d feel okay ordering from them again.

It’s a urn and looks nice in person, but I thought some of the details were a little confusing. overall it’s nice, just felt a bit Pricey for what it is.

The color was really close to what I saw in the photos. It might be a little darker in person, but not enough for me to care. I’m happy with it overall. That’s about it.
